QUALITY CONTROL

Quality, safety and environment represent a fundamental continuum for Turchi Cesare operations, and evidence of this is given by the fact that the company obtain ed the certification of its Quality Management System, which today complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 standard. Since then, the Quality Management System has been integrated with the Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management, obtaining the certification of conformity of the “Organization’s Health and Safety Management System” with the OHSAS 18001/2007 standard.

Moreover, the company owns ICMQ Certifications:

ICMQ S.p.A. is the Certification Body which operates in the construction products and services sector, and building in general. It is the Inspection Body for auditing projects in accordance with Article 30 paragraph 6 of Law 109/94 (“project validation”), for the planning and execution of civil and plant construction, for products and services

for buildings and it is authorized by the Italian ministry of production (MAP) to carry out audits of electrical plants in accordance with Presidential Decree 462.Finally, the company has obtained in the past year the Argent SOA (association of certification bodies) certification for bidding for public contracts, in particular for OG3 category works: road infrastructure with VIII classification (unlimited).

The company also has an in-house testing laboratory for quality testing of its own materials (aggregates, asphalt and concretes) which is one of the few in Italy to have obtained approval from ITALFERR; the laboratory operates in close partnership with the Engineering faculty of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the University of Parma.
