ACTIVITY

The company a workforce of over 220 employees including, according to the percentage of the investment, employees of subsidiaries or associated companies in Italy and abroad. Moreover it has equipment able to carry out all the phases of construction for civil and industrial works, roads, highways and railways.

Thanks to four crushing plants, one installed in the 1991 in Modena, one installed in the 2001 in Trento for the extraction of volcanic rocks, one installed in Indonesia for the crushing of granite rocks and the last installed in the 2013 in Tripoli-Libia, the raw material is crushed, washed and sieved in order to select the different categories.

The aggregate so obtained (with the CE certification) is then added and mixed in two plants for the production of hot-mix (one broken process of 1999 and one unbroken process of 2002 ) located in the manufacturing center of Modena (hot-mix are marked ce). Another mobile plant for the production of asphalt is located in Milan and initially dedicated to the supply of asphalt necessary to build all the roads related to EXPO 2015. This innovative plant can produce an highest quality product with a low environmental impact.

The aggregate can be mixed in plants for the production of concrete hot-mix too: the company has built three of them in 1999, in 2009 and 2013, the first of which is located in Modena, the second Karimun in Indonesia and the third in Libya near Tripoli: with these three batching plants the company can also produce concrete useful for any sort of civil works.

The production cycle, which also includes the sale of the materials above mentioned, runs out with their implementation in the construction of road infrastructures and civil works, thanks to the employment of skilled technicians and an equipment constantly renewed.

The company’s equipment, currently operating both in Italy and abroad, consists in: 7 asphalt pavers (one of which, specific for laying special asphalts and it is unique in Italy), 20 compactors, 5 bitumen sprayer trucks, 3 deeper cold planers, 2 sweeper trucks, 15 excavators, 4 motor graders, 25 dump trucks, 10 mixer trucks, 2 concrete pumps and more of 30 different vehicles as well as other minor equipment.
